Episode 3/6/12

Good:
- Connie/Johnny - Scenes were so much better today, KS kept smiling, and for some reason, I feel like that made the scenes exponentially better. KS/BB looked like the were really having a good time!

- Alexis/Carly  - Will Carly EVER leave the hospital? I also love how Sonny isn't even at the hospital but Carly assumes that's why Alexis is there! How big is your brain, Carly? It was also apparent that Laura Wright forgot her lines. There was some HEAVY stutter when Carly was telling Alexis about Anthony shooting Dante. REALLY should have been edited out. Otherwise, fun and SNAPPY dialogue, and again, made sense!

- Maxie - I really like Jen Lilley. Kirsten Storms is really missed, but I think with these scenes, JL is really shining as her own version of Maxie. Not just a replicate. I do wonder if Kirsten is ever going to be returning, but from what I've heard, it's not likely. Really good acting on the part of Jen. Really excited to see where this plays out, and if Maxie will ever be able to truly know if it was her fault.

- Anthony - HAHA. (That is all)

Okay:
- Better intro (which I have posted here). It's still too fast for the way that they are doing the graphics, but the Night Shift intro song is much better than the "trashcan" intro song. The commercials are now also directly after the credits, so we get GH to 3:58 now, instead of 3:55.

- Kate - At the end, where she saw that she was dressed so weirdly. UGH! Why was the scene done this way? Interaction with Maxie was good, but then she went into her room and realized how she looked. What, was Connie just walking along when she turned back into Kate? Did Kate never realize that she had hours of time, just missing from memory?! They should have shown her waking up in some strange place, or SOMETHING. Geeze!

- Luke and Robert - Good banter, and meaningful conversation. But what about Emma? Why is Ethan (a lie), more important than Robert's granddaughter? Also, where are the cars? Robert was right yesterday! Why did they build a bridge there?! Ugh. EXECUTION. EXECUTION. EXECUTION.

Bad:
- Holly and Ethan - Uhhh. This should go under the okay category, but instead is moving under the bad category due to continuity errors. This is another example of poor execution. RC seems to think we completely forgot about Helena and her "body guards." Well Ron, we haven't! Where is Helena and her DNA test?! I feel she may come back quickly, but not before Ethan escapes to wherever Luke relocates him (this is probably the last we will see of Ethan, as actor Nathan Parsons is leaving the show.)

- Sonny and Dante - Horrible! These scenes felt long and drawn out! Sonny kept screaming "my son arrested me!" Really, I wasn't understand this at all. Dante was telling Sonny that he really hoped that it wasn't him, because he didn't want to live the rest of his life never really getting to know him. Sonny played his "poor me" routine, and refused and really answer questions in any helpful manor. I think he knows that it was Kate/ConCon that did it! MB is getting so comfortable in the role of Sonny, that he really doesn't act that much! He sort of just reads his lines. Time for him to exit GH to make room for some old characters!

- Todd and Blair - Kassie is really doing a great job acting, Roger on the other hand... Trever St. John was so much better at Todd. Roger would play a very nice statue, however. The OLTL history babble is so on my nerves. Let's focus on GH, not a show that was CANCELLED. hahahaha Tòmas = Alkazar. lol.
Overall:
- Good episode, and without sounding repetitive, I like the new GH direction. According to an ABC rep, the intro we saw today is NOT the final one, thankfully. It is temporary, and the intro will change throughout the next few weeks. Hopefully, the ConCon S/L doesn't go on and on and on as it would have under Wolf, and maybe it will go somewhere interesting. I'm excited for Starr to get some GH S/L's, so we can stop hearing all about OLTL characters.

Who's cannnnnnie?

Update: To the Laura Wright forgetting her lines thing -- Laura told me on twitter that she got distracted by an orderly that walked by. That's why she stuttered! Thanks Laura!
